I recently finished watching an excellent Disney+ documentary called Music by John Williams. It reminded me just how much I love the music John Williams has created.
He has been one of my heroes since I first saw Star Wars in 1977. I still have a book of his songs that I learned to play from The Empire Strikes Back!
I love how John Williams transports us to the emotional heart of any movie that features his music. And there are so many!

While his output is phenomenal, I am even more impressed by how he makes the music for each movie internally consistent and so different from the rest of his music. His musical range is extraordinary!
