Sometimes, we don’t know how to give others the help they need. Sometimes, we don’t know how to give ourselves the help we need.
Often, our souls know.
But it’s not always easy to hear the voice of our souls. I’ve found that playfulness helps. When we play, we remember who we are. We connect with our essential selves.
Often, society doesn’t want us to play. Ushers of the status quo don’t want to hear from our souls. They want to put us in boxes, where we are ineffectual at best and uninvolved at worst.
Caring is what makes us human. Caring comes from our souls.
Pain and suffering deserve a response.
We do what we can.
